Detailed goal setting and planning. Two things that I take very seriously when it comes to my job as a professional athlete. GOAL SETTING ✨ Every year at the beginning of pre season I create a dream board. On it I post my goals, pictures, quotes and anything else that inspires me. I make sure it’s colorful and detailed so I look at it everyday. Reminding yourself of your goals and dreams is so important because it gives you that extra motivation each day and it reminds you what you are working towards. PLANNING 📒 I like to plan out my weeks and write down my training and how It felt everyday. My mom showed me this awesome believe journal that helps me plan for training and has inspirational quotes. When it comes time to compete I can look back in my training log and see all the workouts I accomplished to get to the start line. How do you plan and set your goals?
